Creator onboarding expectations
Provide accurate identity, business, banking, tax, and profile information.
Complete requested KYC, verification, or compliance review before payout activation where required.
Use your own name, brand, or authorized business identity rather than misleading or impersonated profiles.
Creator obligations
Only publish or sell content and benefits you have the right to offer.
Comply with applicable laws, tax obligations, intellectual property rules, and platform policies.
Describe membership benefits, promises, and offerings truthfully and do not mislead fans about deliverables or timing.
Restricted creator activity
CreatorFarm does not permit adult or explicit businesses, sexual services, unsafe conduct involving minors, illegal or fraudulent activity, deceptive monetization, impersonation, infringing material, prohibited goods, or activity restricted under partner rules or law.
Platform review, enforcement, and payout dependency
We may review creator pages, request clarifications, restrict features, or deny access to monetization tools if risk, policy, or compliance concerns arise.
Payouts may be held, delayed, adjusted, reversed, or rejected if settlement, KYC, compliance, refund, dispute, chargeback, or safety issues exist.
Repeated violations or severe misconduct may result in content removal, payout holds, suspension, or permanent termination.
