Types of complaints we can review

Your name, contact information, and relationship to the issue.
Relevant usernames, creator page references, links, screenshots, or transaction identifiers.
A clear description of the grievance and the outcome you are requesting.

Acknowledgment, review, and escalation

We aim to acknowledge grievances within a reasonable period and review them based on severity, complexity, and applicable legal obligations.

Target acknowledgment timeline: within a reasonable business period or within the period stated by applicable law. Target substantive review timeline depends on the nature of the complaint and any payment, compliance, or legal review required.
