Payout & Earnings Policy

CreatorFarm records fan payments through the platform, applies eligible deductions, and pays out verified creator earnings according to settlement, review, KYC, risk, and policy conditions. The platform is not a bank and does not guarantee that every payment instantly becomes withdrawable creator cash.

How the payout flow works

Fans pay CreatorFarm through approved payment partners for memberships, subscriptions, and supported creator offerings.
Once a payment is successfully verified, the platform records gross revenue, applicable platform deductions, and the creator's provisional net earnings.
Eligible creator earnings become payable only after settlement, hold windows, review checks, and compliance conditions are satisfied.

What can affect payout eligibility

Successful settlement through the payment partner.
Valid and verified creator KYC, bank account, and supporting information.
Risk review, fraud screening, policy compliance, and absence of blocking disputes or legal restrictions.
Any applicable payout schedule and minimum threshold configured by the platform, as shown in the creator payouts dashboard and current creator terms.

Possible deductions and adjustments

Platform fees, applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, reversals, penalties, and partner-directed adjustments may reduce creator earnings.
Failed transfers may be retried, held, returned, or adjusted depending on the failure reason and account status.
CreatorFarm may hold, delay, reject, offset, or reverse payout amounts when required by law, partner instructions, suspicious activity, or unresolved compliance concerns.

Creator tax responsibility and final settlement

Creators remain responsible for their own direct and indirect tax obligations, invoicing obligations where applicable, and lawful reporting of earnings.

Final settlement records maintained by the platform, together with applicable deductions and payout adjustments, govern the payable amount for platform purposes.
