By creating an account, using the platform, purchasing a membership, or otherwise accessing any CreatorFarm service, you accept these terms and our related policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account credentials secure.
• Creators may be required to complete KYC, identity verification, business, banking, tax, or compliance review before certain features or payouts are enabled.

CreatorFarm enables creators to publish content, offer memberships, manage subscriptions, and receive eligible earnings through the platform subject to deductions, policies, and partner requirements.

The platform may support recurring memberships, subscription tiers, member-only content, digital offerings, communications, invoices, creator analytics, and payment-linked account functions.

• Fans authorize CreatorFarm and its approved payment partners to process recurring and one-time charges required for memberships and supported creator offerings.
• Payments may be subject to platform fees, taxes, refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, penalties, partner adjustments, and compliance holds where applicable.
• Creators are responsible for their own tax positions, invoicing obligations where applicable, and lawful use of the platform.

• Do not misuse the platform, bypass paid access, share protected subscriber content without authorization, or interfere with service operations.
• Do not upload or distribute content you do not own or have the right to use.
• Do not use the platform for prohibited activities, deceptive conduct, fraud, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose.

• Creators remain responsible for the content they publish, the benefits they describe, and the promises they make to supporters.
• Creators must have the legal rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required for uploaded materials.
• CreatorFarm does not guarantee creator income, audience growth, reach, or payment acceptance by third parties.

CreatorFarm does not permit pornography, sexually explicit content, escort-style services, sexualized content involving minors, illegal content, harmful or deceptive AI deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, hate, graphic violence, gambling, narcotics, weapons, or restricted activity under law or payment partner rules.

We may suspend, restrict, remove content, hold payouts, reject transactions, terminate accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement or payment partners where required.

Users and creators retain ownership of the content they lawfully upload.

You grant CreatorFarm a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, distribute, and otherwise use content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, review, and improve the platform.

• The platform is provided on an as-available basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorFarm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from platform use.
• You agree to indemnify the platform for claims, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from your content, conduct, or breach of these terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the competent courts with jurisdiction over CreatorFarm.
