CreatorFarm is an online marketplace and technology platform enabling independent creators to publish, offer and monetise eligible digital content and services. Customers choose a creator's offering; the displayed listing and checkout describe that particular purchase.

Creators may include teachers and educators, dancers and choreographers, actors and performing artists, film directors and filmmakers, painters and visual artists, musicians, composers and singers, photographers, designers, illustrators and other independent digital creators.
Examples include educational lessons and tutorials, choreography instruction, music educational materials, acting or performance workshops, filmmaking and behind-the-scenes learning, art tutorials, exclusive updates, digital creative works, templates, presets and downloadable resources. These are examples of eligible creator offerings, not promises that any particular creator supplies them, or that scheduled teaching and workshop booking are platform features.
The audited website supports creator memberships, one-time digital shop purchases, paid messaging, tips and account balance funding for eligible interactions. Availability depends on creator settings, eligibility, provider configuration and the options shown. Recurring billing requires the separate provider consent flow; a one-time product charge is not a subscription.
Audio services are restricted to the existing controlled eligible flow and are not generally available. Native audio/video calling is a separate unreleased or restricted programme; this revision does not activate it. Native purchase and payment controls differ by released app version and store policy. The audited native account view manages billing on the website; this page does not promise in-app purchases, Apple/Google billing, universal live consultations, or Paytm availability.
CreatorFarm hosts and facilitates the transaction, access, records, moderation and support processes it actually operates. Creators describe and supply their own content and benefits; they are not thereby employees, certified teachers or supervised professionals of CreatorFarm. Hosting a listing is not professional certification or endorsement. The platform retains its own applicable marketplace and consumer responsibilities.
Read the creator profile, selected membership benefits or product description, price, currency, duration and renewal disclosure. Sign in when required and actively choose an available checkout method. A membership applies to that creator and the selected benefits; buying one creator's membership does not purchase every creator's content. A shop purchase unlocks the purchased product, not blanket membership.
Eligible purchases use the payment choices actually displayed. Access is confirmed after payment verification, not just opening checkout or authenticating a mandate. Delivery is digital: sign in to the purchasing account to view the membership content or use the purchased product's protected access page and download option where offered. There is no physical shipping unless a separately supported listing explicitly says otherwise; the current audited shop delivers digital assets.
If payment is pending or access is missing, check Purchases, Subscriptions and billing records, then contact support with the original reference. Do not repeatedly pay to resolve an uncertain transaction. No universal delivery time or automatic refund deadline is promised here.
Customers use the available payment gateways for eligible creator memberships, one-time digital products and other enabled creator offerings. A subscription is recurring only when separately disclosed and authorised. The amount and applicable terms are shown before payment; CreatorFarm verifies successful payment before releasing the corresponding new paid access.
Paytm is under merchant review and is not currently offered as a checkout method. Cashfree creator payouts are not customer payment collection. Existing internal balance recharge remains a separate enabled feature; its regulatory classification and provider acceptance require separate review and approval. No Paytm balance-funding permission is asserted or activated.
CreatorFarm requests online payment gateway services to accept customer payments for eligible, individually selected creator memberships, one-time digital products and supported paid creator interactions. Available payment providers handle payment authorisation and processing; CreatorFarm records verified payment status and grants the corresponding digital access. Recurring charges occur only for an explicitly selected and authorised recurring offer.
A customer does not send money to an investment product or receive a guaranteed return. The eligible listing and checkout disclose the actual customer purchase. Creator payouts are handled under the separate marketplace payout processes. Account-balance recharge is a distinct existing feature and is not included in a claim that Paytm has authorised balance funding; provider approval is required before routing that use case through Paytm.
CreatorFarm uses item-specific direct checkout rather than a traditional multi-item shopping cart: customers select the Join/Subscribe option for a creator membership or the purchase option for an individual digital product. They then review the selected item and total payable amount, sign in when required, and authorise payment through an available provider.
After the payment provider confirms the transaction and CreatorFarm verifies the successful status, the customer receives an account-linked membership entitlement or the purchased product's protected access/download page. Pending or failed payments do not grant new paid access. Customers can check the relevant purchase/subscription records or contact support for failed delivery, payment disputes or cancellation.
Prices and benefits are set for the particular creator offering. Use the genuine creator listing for the current amount; the public Pricing page describes platform fees and is not a universal membership tariff. Do not interpret illustrative offerings as available inventory. The checkout currency, taxes or separately shown fees and final payable amount control the charge.

State the account email, creator or product link, date, amount, currency, payment reference and the problem. Never send passwords, OTPs, full payment-card details or KYC documents through a public complaint.
A support request can initiate a refund investigation without a bank dispute. A chargeback is a separate payment-provider process; opening either process does not guarantee a refund. Keep the payment reference and correspondence for follow-up.
